The Aim-TTi TGP110 10MHz Pulse Generator can create a variety of pulses to stimulate and control electronic systems. It features a frequency range of 0.1Hz to 10MHz, a wide pulse range, and a complement switch that inverts mark-space polarity.
Wide Pulse Range
The Aim-TTi TGP110 10MHz Pulse Generator can create pulse widths between 50ns and 5s. It features eight-decade ranges with Vernier controls.
Additionally, the Aim-TTi TGP110 10MHz Pulse Generator has a period range of 100ns to 10s which is equivalent to a repetition range of 10MHz to 0.1Hz. The delay can be independently adjusted over the same range as pulse width.
The Aim-TTi TGP110 10MHz Pulse Generator can generate pulses of a set width regardless of the repetition rate. As a result, it can provide duty cycles that extend down to 1 in 100 million.
Dedicated Pulse-Waveform Amplifier
Inclusion of a pulse-waveform amplifier facilitates the generation of flat-top pulses with fast rise and fall times at variable amplitude.
The Aim-TTi TGP110 10MHz Pulse Generator has a 50Ω output with variable amplitude ranges between 0.1V and 10V. It also supports TTL and sync outputs.
Pulse Modes
The Aim-TTi TGP110 10MHz Pulse Generator includes Normal, Squarewave, Double Pulse and Delayed Pulse modes.
Normal
One pulse is generated every period. The Normal mode ignores the delay settings.
Squarewave
0.1Hz – 10MHz squarewaves are generated at a frequency set by the period controls. In situations where the pulse width is unimportant, the Squarewave mode can be used to generate variable period edges.
When Squarewave mode is engaged the pulse width and delay settings are ignored.
Double Pulse
A second pulse is generated within every period at a set delay. The delay can be independently adjusted and is related to the leading edge of the first pulse.
Delayed Pulse
A pulse is generated after a user-programmed delay; the delay is related to the rising edge of the trigger signal.
Variable Delay
The Aim-TTi TGP110 10MHz Pulse Generator has a completely variable pulse delay: it provides a selectable delay between the sync output and pulse output.
In addition to continuous operation, the Aim-TTi TGP110 10MHz Pulse Generator can generate single or multiple pulses with precisely defined timing relationships in response to a trigger or gating signal.
The Aim-TTi TGP110 10MHz Pulse Generator features a Triggered and Gated mode, as well as a Run mode which provides normal, continuous operation. In Triggered mode, the delay is set between the trigger signal and the start of the pulse.
The Aim-TTi TGP110 10MHz Pulse Generator is a versatile instrument capable of generating an array of pulses.
