Aim-TTi LCR400 LCR Meter

The Aim-TTi LCR400 LCR Meter is a high-accuracy and economical inductance, capacitance and resistance meter. It has a maximum measurement frequency of 10kHz and a measurement accuracy of 0.1%.

Innovative and Ergonomic Design

Rugged and weighted to ensure it remains still during testing, the Aim-TTi LCR400 LCR Meter includes two high-brightness, five-digit displays and the latest component technologies. It features a four-terminal sprung-jaw test fixture with adaptors for axial or radial components. This fixture is unobstructed to enable easy use with bandoliers.

Alternative Connection Methods

To facilitate connection to external test fixtures, the Aim-TTi LCR400 LCR Meter can be used with OPTIONAL adapters. For example, it can be used with an adapter to convert the test fixture into four BNC sockets enabling the connection of external test fixtures and test lead sets.

Similarly, the Aim-TTi LCR400 LCR Meter can be used with an OPTIONAL Kelvin Clip test lead set to facilitate four-terminal measurements. Alternatively, it can be used with SMD tweezers to measure surface mount components. The surface mount tweezers are connected directly into the Aim-TTi LCR400 LCR Meter’s four-terminal test fixture.

Full Component Sorting

The Aim-TTi LCR400 LCR Meter automatically recognises components and will sort them into ‘bins’ according to their measurements. The ‘bin’ parameters can be configured via the Aim-TTi LCR400 LCR Meter’s keyboard or on a PC and uploaded via the RS-232 interface. The user can specify the parameters for up to eight pass bins and two fail bins. Bin limits can be based around different nominals or a single nominal and can be configured to be sequential or overlapping. 

Non-Volatile Memory

Up to nine setups can be saved to the Aim-TTi LCR400 LCR Meter’s non-volatile memory enabling rapid-recall. In addition to this, the Aim-TTi LCR400 LCR Meter will remember the last used setup.

Automated Results Logging

The RS-232 interface allows the Aim-TTi LCR400 LCR Meter to be connected to a PC. Using this interface and the OPTIONAL Windows-based Aim-TTi LCR-PCLink Software, results can be logged to the PC where they are saved into a file and displayed on the screen. Additionally, this software and interface can be used to save and restore instrument set-ups.
