Aim-TTi EX355R Digital Bench Power Supply – 175W, 1 Output

The Aim-TTi EX355R Digital Bench Power Supply is a single-output benchtop PSU optimised for use in laboratories. It has a maximum power output of 175W, a voltage output range of 0 to 35V, and a current output range of 0 to 5A.

Mixed-Mode Regulation

The Aim-TTi EX355R Digital Bench Power Supply combines high-frequency switch-mode regulation and linear post-regulation to provide a performance similar to that of PSUs with an all-linear design. As a result, the Aim-TTi EX355R Digital Bench Power Supply has excellent line and load regulation, low noise, and good transient response.

Output

The design of the output terminal ensures that the Aim-TTi EX355R Digital Bench Power Supply is compliant with common laboratory safety standards as it can accept 4mm safety plugs with rigid insulating sleeves. However, this does not compromise the Aim-TTi EX355R Digital Bench Power Supply’s flexibility as it can also accept fork connectors and bare wires.

In addition to this, the Aim-TTi EX355R Digital Bench Power Supply’s output is intrinsically short-circuit proof and is protected against external voltages and reverse currents.

Remote Sensing

Moreover, the Aim-TTi EX355R Digital Bench Power Supply’s output incorporates remote sense terminals that can be enabled and disabled using a dedicated switch: when the switch is set to Local, remote sensing is disabled.

Remote sensing terminals are essential for ensuring precise regulation of the load and true metering of the load voltage.

DC On/Off Switch

Additionally, the Aim-TTi EX355R Digital Bench Power Supply features a DC On/ Off switch that allows the user to view preset currents and voltages before connecting the load.

Constant Voltage or Constant Current

The Aim-TTi EX355R Digital Bench Power Supply’s output can be configured to operate in either Constant Voltage or Constant Current mode. It is equipped with a mode indicator and automatic crossover.

Fine and coarse analogue controls allow voltage levels to be set quickly and precisely. The Aim-TTi EX355R Digital Bench Power Supply’s logarithmic current control ensures that low currents can be set accurately.

Four-Digit Meter

Data is viewable via the large, bright, four-digit display with fixed resolution (10mV and 1mA). The Aim-TTi EX355R Digital Bench Power Supply’s fixed resolution works to prevent misinterpretation of readings and improves precision.

Silent Cooling
