The Aim-TTi EL561R Digital Bench Power Supply is a single-channel PSU that utilises true linear regulation to provide the best possible performance. It has a maximum power output of 60W, a voltage range of 0 to 56V, and a current range of 0 to 1.1A.
The Aim-TTi EL561R Digital Bench Power Supply retains the analogue design of its predecessors, the Aim-TTi EL-Series of Digital Bench Power Supplies, however, it includes new switchable remote sensing and four-digit voltage and current meters with fixed resolutions. As a result, the Aim-TTi EL561R Digital Bench Power Supply can offer greater precision whilst matching the EL-Series’ ease of use.
Simple to Use
As mentioned above the Aim-TTi EL561R Digital Bench Power Supply features analogue controls for setting voltage and current levels. The logarithmic current control enables low currents to be set accurately, while the coarse and fine voltage controls allow the user to configure voltage levels easily and precisely.
DC Output On/Off Switch
The Aim-TTi EL561R Digital Bench Power Supply features a DC output on/off switch which allows the user to view preset voltage and current levels before connecting a load.
Four-Digit Meters
Voltage and current levels are indicated on the Aim-TTi EL561R Digital Bench Power Supply’s large, backlit display. The four-digit, fixed-resolution voltage, and current meters prevent misinterpretation of measurements: the current meter has a fixed resolution of 1mA while the voltage meter has a fixed resolution of 10mV.
Constant Current and Constant Voltage Mode
The Aim-TTi EL561R Digital Bench Power Supply’s output can operate in either Constant Current or Constant Voltage mode; it features automatic crossover and a mode indicator.
Remote Sensing
Remote sense terminals are integrated into the Aim-TTi EL561R Digital Bench Power Supply’s output. These terminals can be switched off and on as required; they are essential for ensuring true metering of the load and precise regulation of the load.
Linear Regulation
Furthermore, the Aim-TTi EL561R Digital Bench Power Supply utilises true linear regulation to ensure the best possible performance. In addition to excellent line and load regulation, the Aim-TTi EL561R Digital Bench Power Supply has a good transient response and very low output noise.
Silent Cooling
Additionally, to eliminate fan noise the Aim-TTi EL561R Digital Bench Power Supply utilises convection cooling.
Safety Binding-Post Terminals
The Aim-TTi EL561R Digital Bench Power Supply’s output terminals have been designed to comply with laboratory safety requirements and provide maximum flexibility. To this end, terminals can accept bare wires, fork connectors, and 4mm safety plugs with rigid insulating sleeves.
The Aim-TTi EL561R Digital Bench Power Supply is a high-performance, practical, and precise PSU optimised for benchtop, and laboratory applications.
