4 Lock Yellow/Black Shadow Lockout Board - W/ Optional Accessories

This small-size lockout board is made to hang on the wall and includes shadow graphics that show the type of equipment made for each hook. This way, if a piece of equipment is in use, those around can clearly see that lockout is currently underway.

The board includes a total of seven hooks; four of these are for padlocks, one is for tags and two are for storage of hasps.
