250 x PAT Testing Vinyl Appliance Labels - Failed
This bundle package contains 250 labels that are used whenever a portable appliance fails the basic electrical safety tests carried out on it.
If an appliance does fail the test it is the responsibility of the tester to designate that object as failed and clearly label it as such. This appliance should then not be used until the device is repaired or replaced.
The labels are hardwearing, give clear indication of failed status and also contain space for entering application ID, tester name, date of test and the reason why the appliance failed.
